Today, I received news that the cakes and pastries from 'Royals'
has some food contamination. I just had the chocolate cake yesterday!
I had a bad tummy ache and experienced diarrhoea twice today.
I cannot confirmed whether the tummy ache is due to the food poisoning or menses. Lol.
For now, the pain has gone and my anal shuts and is at peace at the moment ;)
